At Carrés & Bibs • Atelier Choux, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back into their original Atelier Choux gift box and secure them in a protective shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
